We are certain you will love our mats, stencils, dice and digital products just as much as we do, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Downloadable / Digital Products
By purchasing, downloading or using our digital products such as STL or video files, you agree to the following terms & conditions.
Upon purchase or download of a digital product (including BeamDown exports), we have granted you a single user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal use which may include 3D printing. You may not copy, share, create derivatives, digitally modify, reverse engineer, sublicense, lend, rent or sell the product in digital or physical form.
You may not claim ownership of the product or it’s likeness. Intellectual property and copyright remains exclusive property of Saucermen Studios.
Saucermen Studios or it’s team may not be held liable for any claims arising from the downloading or use of the digital product and are not obliged to provide you with any support or maintenance in connection with the services or digital products.
Once downloaded, digital products cannot be refunded.
Return & Refund Policy
You are protected under the QLD Consumer Guarantee.
Returns will be approved on a case by case basis for faulty products that meet the conditions of our Return & Refund Policy.
Returns & Refunds must be authorised by Saucermen Studios prior to returning any item to us, please contact us at info@saucermenstudios.com.au. Saucermen Studios will arrange the return shipping in the event the product is deemed faulty.
No Returns & Refunds for change of mind or for products purchased in error, includes back-orders and pre-orders.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Once downloaded, digital products cannot be refunded.
Shipping & Delivery
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a street address or contact us to arrange an alternative method of delivery.
Saucermen Studios reserves the right to cancel and refund your order if estimated shipping costs are calculated and charged incorrectly. In this event, we will always contact you and work towards fixing the problem.
Commercial Print Partners
We have a small number of licensed partners who are authorised to print and sell our 3D printed terrain. You can see a full list of them here.
Commercial print partners must adhere to the Commercial Licence terms which can be downloaded here.
Backorders & Pre-orders
When a product has sold out, it may become available for backorder. If a product is not yet launched, it may be available for pre-order.
These orders may take up to six-eight weeks to be completed, this is due to the manufacturing, processing and shipping times. We will always notify of the estimated delivery times.
Once you have placed a backorder or pre-order they are non-refundable as per the terms of our Returns & Refund Policy
Colour Variance
Some printed products may vary slightly in colour, contrast or darkness due to the printing process.
Gift Cards
Gift vouchers can be purchased here.
- The entire value of a gift card does not need to be used in a single transaction
- The remaining balance of a gift card can be checked by entering the unique code in your cart
- Please contact us if you have any questions or issues using your gift cards
BeamDown
Launch date – BeamDown is currently in final stages of development. We aim to go live with the BeamDown Platform in April 2023, you will not be able to access it until then. Some users may be invited to early access for testing.
Saved Projects, Blueprints and Builds – Saucermen Studios hold no responsibility for saved builds, loss of data or missing files.
BeamDown Late Pledges – Any late pledges purchased through www.saucermenstudios.com.au which are cancelled before the platform goes live will incur a processing fee of $25aud which will be deducted from their refund.
