Build modular prison layouts

From the Zectonium Prison Mines series.  The LARGE Prison Complex set is a fully modular terrain set that introduces all-new buildings with hinged doors and hatches.  Signage and other elements are made interchangeable, with the buildings being compatible with the core set.
