What is BeamDown?

BeamDown is a revolutionary, browser-based terrain builder that helps users build custom 3D-printable wargaming terrain without requiring any 3D modeling skills or design experience. Users currate an asset library from our collection of almost 3,000 components.

It features a multitude of intuitive design tools to allow the user to easily build, export and print their own unique custom models. There are NO subscriptions or limits to how many STL files a user can export! See more information about BeamDown here.

Important Information:

This purchase is an asset bundle of components for BeamDown Terrain Designer. It will automatically be added to your BeamDown asset library next time you log into the platform - Please enter your associated email address at checkout (New BeamDown users will receive log-in details after purchase).

You cannot distribute, sell or modify any BeamDown STL files or exports - THEY ARE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY (Please see terms & conditions).

What You Need to Know:

• YOU BUILD THE TERRAIN - BeamDown purchases do not include physical products or pre-made downloadable files. Instead, BeamDown gives you the tools to create, customize, and export custom terrain STLs for your personal use.
• ACCESSING BEAMDOWN - Log-in details will be emailed to you immediately after your first BeamDown purchase is completed. Existing users can log-in here. BeamDown accounts are licensed for use by a single individual. Login details may not be shared, and accounts must not be used on publicly accessible or shared computers such as kiosks or communal devices.
• BASE SETS MAY BE REQUIRED - Some asset packs are designed to work with specific BEAMDOWN BASE SETS or BEAMDOWN EDITION CORE SETS. Please ensure you have purchased compatible / base sets if required. You can always log into BeamDown and check the Bundles Tab to see which purchases you already own and check the product description to see what's compatible. If you are unsure, please contact us.
• BEAMDOWN SETS ARE DIFFERENT FROM STANDALONE STL SETS - Some BeamDown asset packs have the same names as our standalone STL sets (e.g. Grid City, Zectonium), but they are not the same product. The BeamDown Editions are custom builder kits designed to work within BeamDown to export compatible STL files to match our standalone STL core sets found on our website or to build you own custom version of these sets. They do not include the same pre-made STL files as the standalone sets. Each version is sold separately.
• INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY – All BeamDown assets, exports, and STL files remain the intellectual property of Saucermen Studios. Users cannot create derivative works, remix, repackage, sell, share, distribute, include in other products / digital media projects, or claim ownership of any models or content generated or included with BeamDown under any circumstances. This ensures our creative work is protected while you enjoy personal use of the terrain for your tabletop gaming or 3D printing hobby. See our Full Terms & Conditions
• SUPPORTS & PRINTABILITY – Because BeamDown allows customization of terrain, we cannot guarantee that all exports will be support-free. Some models may require supports, and in rare cases certain configuration combinations may produce minor mesh errors. To ensure the best results, we recommend checking your exports in a slicer or 3D software before printing.

BeamDown is an evolving ecosystem, shaped through community feedback and ongoing updates - you may experience bugs as new features and assets are added and updated.
