Thanks for your interest in Saucermen Studios event sponsorship!

We support a limited number of tabletop events each year with terrain, STL files and prize support and ask for a standard set of expectations around branding, use of assets and post-event handling be followed. These are outlined clearly throughout this page so organisers know exactly what is involved before applying.

    Event Sponsorship & Support Application – Requirements & Overview

    In short: we’re here to help make your event better – just be fair with our work, respect our IP and brand. Don’t share or exploit our assets, and we’ll create something that’s genuinely mutually beneficial.

    Before you apply, please ensure:

    • Your event is publicly organised and has confirmed dates
    • You have a clear player base or expected attendance
    • You are able to support basic sponsor visibility (online and at event)
    • You are comfortable following structured sponsorship requirements

    If this doesn’t match your event yet, we recommend applying once your planning is further along.

    What sponsorship includes:

    Depending on the event, sponsorship may include:

    • 3D printable terrain files or physical terrain support
    • Prize support for participants
    • Promotional support through Saucermen Studios channel

    Any support is provided at our discretion.

    Organiser Responsibilities:

    To ensure a consistent standard across sponsored events, the following is required:

    • Saucermen Studios must be clearly credited as a sponsor
    • Basic promotional visibility must be included in event communication
    • Sponsored terrain must be presented in good condition and used as intended


    Asset & IP Handling:

    All digital files remain the property of Saucermen Studios and are provided for single-event use only.

    • STL files must not be shared or redistributed
    • Files must be deleted after the event concludes
    • Printed models cannot be loaned, given away or sold before, during or after the event (unless provided as prize support). Models must be stored by the event holders only.
